Items can be returned to us and refunded within 30 days of purchase in perfect condition; clean, undamaged, unused, and resalable, including original packaging, with proof of purchase (excluding earrings, gift cards, bespoke, adjusted, & pre-ordered items).

Hand poured by Ebb & Flo in Cleethorpes, UK with 100% soy wax for a clean burn, a cotton braided wick primed with vegetable wax, and fine fragrance oils. No phthalates, dyes, or preservatives and 100% cruelty free.

To ensure the safe and enjoyable use of your candle, please follow these important care guidelines:

• Never leave a burning candle unattended.
• Keep burning candles out of reach of children and pets.
• Maintain at least a 10cm distance between burning candles.
• Adhere to the 2-foot rule and avoid placing candles near flammable objects.
• Always place your candle on a level, heat-resistant surface. We recommend using a candle coaster.
• Avoid burning candles for more than 4 hours at a time.
• Prevent the flame from touching the sides of the vessel.
• During the first burn, allow the candle to burn for 3-4 hours. This ensures that the melted wax reaches the edge of the container and prevents tunneling.
• Before the wax sets, ensure the wick remains upright, above the wax, and centered.
• Prior to lighting, trim the wick to approximately 5mm to avoid smoking and damage to the candle vessel.
• Please be cautious as candle vessels may become hot during use.
• Extinguish the candle when approximately 5mm of wax remains and do not relight.

Additionally, avoid burning your candle for more than 4 hours at a time, carbon will collect on the wick, and your wick will begin to “mushroom.” This can cause the wick to become unstable, the flame to get too large, your candle to smoke, and soot to be released into the air and around your candle container.
